AVP, Loan Administration Officer & Supervisor

Overview:
The role oversees loan documentation, closing, and funding processes, ensuring compliance with credit approvals, bank policies, and regulations. The officer will review and prepare complex commercial loan documents using LaserPro, validate pre-closing conditions, and supervise a team of 3-5 direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process complex commercial loans, including cross-collateralized, asset-based, and international trade finance loans.
• Work with attorneys and legal counsel to ensure accuracy in loan documentation.
• Oversee closing and funding activities such as wire requests, UCC filings, and title policy reviews.
• Maintain and update LaserPro loan documentation systems.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance while ensuring service level agreements are met.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred.
• 6+ years of banking experience, with at least 2+ years at a senior level.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loans and international lines of credit.
• Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and proficient in loan processing software.
