Lead SailPoint IAM/IGA - Advocate for Client with Implementation Partners

Required
  • Leading SailPoint new implementation, Lead Liaison between Client and implementation partner.
  • Provide guidance to external IAM managed technical services resources (implementation partner) and lead the coordination of IAM decision making with internal teams, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application access control specialists.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to identity governance.
  • Monitor and report on IGA metrics, compliance status, and risk indicators.
  • This is not  a technical engineer job - Will not be hands doing any effort to implement SailPoint.
  • 3+ years SailPoint IdentityNow
  • SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Business suite, which is one of the subscription tiers offered for IdentityNow
  • Identity Access Management (IAM)
  • Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  • Deep understanding of RBAC
  • Experienced with Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows,
  • Experienced with Attestation
  • integrate SailPoint with AD, Azure AD, LDAP
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD), Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Regulatory compliance requirements and frameworks: DFARS, CMMC, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST required.
  • Past use with BeanShell for SailPoint business logic and automation.
  • Past use with PowerShell

Lead SailPoint Consultants
  • Perfect English and must be a person that can lead, facilitate with Director level and with Implementation Partner Leadership
  • Liaison between client (Olin) and their Implementation Partner, not looking for a passive person who just observes
  • Looking for a person that can give the client "Peace of Mind" by asking question, getting the details to validate that the project is on tract and being done well
  • This is not a leadership job to oversees engineers, but to bring accountability for the direction and decisions for each step in the implementation
  • This person will need to impact the conversation, with questions, providing alternative solutions, raising concerns to Olin.
  • Must have prior experience as a Lead as described in this job/role or very similar
  • Must have prior experience as an Technical Engineer of Sailpoint and has experience implementing a new install/configuration for an larger organization
  • The client is implementing SailPoint for the first time.  They have governance in place but this effort is to automate AIM/IGA.
 
Client Job Description

 
 The Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) IT Lead is responsible for the oversight and management of Olin's enterprise identity lifecycle and access governance programs. This role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems and data across the organization, and to driving continuous improvement in identity and access management (IAM) practices.
IGA IT Lead Essential Job Functions:
• Lead the design and management of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) framework and the initial Implementation of a leading IGA solution.
• Oversee user lifecycle management processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Manage and optimize IGA with SailPoint
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Compliance, Cybersecurity and business units to align identity governance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to identity governance.
• Provide guidance to external IAM managed technical services resources and lead the coordination of IAM decision making with internal teams, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application access control specialists.
• Monitor and report on IGA metrics, compliance status, and risk indicators.
• Drive automation and integration of identity services with cloud and on-premise applications.
• Stay current with industry trends, threats, and technologies in identity and access management.
IGA IT Lead Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree* in Computer Science, Information Security, or related degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on IGA or IAM.
• Proven experience with IGA platforms SailPoint
• Experience with regulatory compliance requirements and frameworks such as DFARS, CMMC, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST required.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and directory services such as Active Director or Azure AD.
• Experience with scripting automation such as PowerShell or Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP and SaaS identity integrations.
• Experience working with business application-based role governance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 
Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and/or experience:
• Formal or ad-hoc leadership experience.
• Experience with NIST SP 800-171, and/or NIST SP 800-53.
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) certification.
• IGA Product Certification (SailPoint, Saviynt, or equivalent).
