Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Hybrid Network Engineer with a strong background in both traditional data center networking and Microsoft Azure cloud environments. This role is crucial for architecting and implementing network solutions that efficiently integrate and optimize our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement, and manage robust network infrastructures in Azure and traditional data center environments.
- Perform general maintenance and optimization of the platform for network and Linux devices.
- Monitor systems, resolving issues efficiently through proactive ticket management.
- Provide first-line network-related support.
- Ensure network configurations comply with security policies.
- Manage backup operations and disaster recovery processes.
Preferred Background & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Administration or related field experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with extensive expertise in datacenter hardware.
- Strong experience with Cisco, Juniper, and HP network devices.
- Strong experience in managing Linux type systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication in English.
- Strong experience in network concepts like BGP, VLANs, OSPF, subnetting, and Network Gateways.
- Experience in creation of network environments on cloud hosted platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Experience securing datacenter environments with enterprise level firewalls.
Advantages:

- Knowledge of additional network technologies and scripting languages.
- CCNA and/or AZ-104 certifications.
- Experience working with email and DNS systems.
