Event Coordinator (part-time)

Duration: April 8-10, 2025 (3 days onsite) at 2025 AGC Convention, Columbus, Ohio
Pay rate: This is 3 days onsite role so pay will be on Hourly basis/Daily basis
Looking for a 3 days onsite part time work? We are looking for an Event coordinator at 2025 AGC Convention, Columbus, Ohio location during April 8-10, 2025. This position will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure event goals are aligned.
Required Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, communication, or related field; OR completed bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in hospitality, event/meeting planning, or closely related experience.
Demonstrated communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated computer skills specifically in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Preferred Job Qualifications
Professional conference and/or event management experience in a construction industries environment setting.
Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate, communicate, and lead a multifaceted group of colleagues and internal/external partners.
