•    Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting branch sales and service goals.
•    Cross-sell and promote bank products to deepen customer relationships.
•    Participate in community and business development activities to enhance branch visibility.

•    High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent banking-related education preferred.
•    3–5 years of retail banking experience, with some consumer lending experience strongly preferred.
•    Proven ability to build rapport, manage client relationships, and offer sound financial advice.
•    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
•    Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for helping others.

Why Join Us
Work in a supportive, award-winning environment that values teamwork, career growth, and community connection. You’ll enjoy competitive compensation, strong benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your customers’ financial journeys.

We offer:
•    Competitive salary ($52,000 – $71,000 DOE)
•    Annual performance-based incentive
•    Health, dental, life, and disability insurance
•    401(k) with company match & ESOP plan
•    Paid time off and 11 paid holidays
