We’re looking for self-starters who are eager to take on a challenge.We currently have an opening for a Director of Sales leadership role.Responsibilities- Growing the revenue and profit in line with corporate goals
- Developing sales strategies and tactics.
- Developing and managing the sales cycles from opportunity to sales closure, including presales, product/services experts and other members of your win team
- Driving Sales excellence in CRM that creates team transparency, data driven learning, and accurate forecasting.
- Nurturing your prospect by staying in touch and delivering high quality personal touch points to prospects alongside our marketing nurture
- Identifying target audiences and creatively leading sales and marketing campaigns that engage, drive deals.
As a Senior member of the Leadership team, you work closely with CEO, and lead in all Sales activities.Required Qualifications: - 7+ years B2B sales track record with a focus on ERP solutions and Business Applications.
- 3+ years of sales management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Solutions (Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics NAV) is preferred.
- An independent self-starter and no-nonsense mentality.
- You understand how to translate Industry business problems into technology solutions.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with (financial) numbers and deal profitability.
- Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Combination of strategy, leadership and hands-on mentality
- Active influencing leader in sales
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Energetic and hands-on
- Flexible and highly adaptable. Potential and attitude to learn constantly.
