Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Lead geotechnical investigations
- Prepare proposals, reports, specifications, and cost estimates
- Meet with clients throughout design and construction
- Provide technical oversight and QA guidance
- Mentor, not manage, junior engineers and technical staff
- Support business development efforts
- Help grow the geotechnical practice
Candidate Must Have✅ Active Professional Engineer (PE) License✅ 10–15+ years of Geotechnical Engineering experience✅ Proposal writing experience✅ Client-facing experience✅ Strong technical communication skills✅ Valid driver's license
