MetaConstructX is a Connected All-in-One Construction Management Software built for contractors, builders, and project managers to manage projects, budgets, and teams efficiently. As we participate in the AGC Annual Convention, we need a dedicated Event Representative to manage our booth while our team engages with visitors and explores networking opportunities.
Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, outgoing, and reliable Event Representative to be the face of MetaConstructX at AGC 2025. You will be responsible for booth management, ensuring that all visitors are welcomed, engaged, and directed to the right team member. Your role will be to keep the booth running smoothly, manage inquiries, distribute materials, and ensure a strong brand presence while our sales and product teams focus on high-priority meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Booth Management & Visitor Engagement:
✔ Be the first point of contact for booth visitors—greet attendees, answer basic inquiries, and introduce MetaConstructX.
✔ Ensure the booth setup is maintained, keeping branding materials, demo stations, and giveaways well-organized.
✔ Engage attendees by handing out brochures, promotional items, and lead generation materials.
✔ Capture visitor details through QR code scans, badge scanning, or lead forms.
✔ Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, representing MetaConstructX with enthusiasm.
Lead Handling & Information Gathering:
✔ Direct interested visitors to the appropriate MetaConstructX team members based on their inquiries.
✔ Log visitor information and qualify leads based on interest level for follow-up.
✔ Ensure a seamless handoff of high-priority prospects to our sales and product teams.
Coordination & Booth Operations:
✔ Monitor booth activity and report any logistical needs.
✔ Assist in managing the event by ensuring they are running smoothly.
✔ Support the team with light administrative tasks, such as tracking appointments or coordinating schedules.
✔ Act as a backup representative when MetaConstructX team members are away attending meetings or networking.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Event or trade show experience preferred (background in construction, SaaS, or tech events is a plus!).
✔ Strong communication skills—comfortable interacting with visitors, answering questions, and representing the brand.
✔ Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage booth traffic smoothly.
✔ Basic tech-savviness—able to assist with event apps, lead capture tools, and booth demos (training will be provided).
✔ Professional, engaging, and outgoing personality—you will be the face of MetaConstructX!
✔ Ability to stand for long periods and manage high foot traffic during peak event hours.
